ya Allah skrg sensitif sgt hati ni kalau pasal baby..

sebelum tidur nangis sorang-sorang sebab teringat apa yang dia cakap
situation1:
sorang pekerja husband..wife dia baru pregnant..
DH: "dia (pekerja) taknak kerja hari sabtu"
me: "kenapa pulak?"
DH: "wife die kan pregnant..org pregnant kan sensitif..kena la luang lebih masa sikit"
me: "habis org tak pregnant tak sensitif"?? "then sbb i tak pregnant ..sbb tu you keje 7days/week!?"

situation 2:
me: "teringin makan itu ini bla bla"
DH: "alaa..nanti la"
me: "tau la i tak pregnant!"

walaupun i tahu DH tak maksudkan apa-apa..
same goes...kalau org tye pasal bila nak dpt baby..mata i dah berair time2 tu jgk...

kenapa susah sangat reduce weight with pcos?
walaupun tak semua PCOSer mengalami masalah insulin resistance..sebab tu ade je PCOSer yg selim melim je..but i yakin im insulin resistance..
why?..of course sebab overweight!..
so para doctor..kalau PCOS je..suruh reduce weight..untuk kurangkan simptom PCOS
tapi ya Allah..mmg hazab nak kurus..kenapa..why why?
ini adalah sebab kenapa PCOSer susah reduce weight
1. Metabolisma rendah.
perempuan tanpa pcos roughly perlu 1868 kalori sehari..tapi PCOSer perlu 1445 kalori!..or even less than that
2. tidak dapat mengawal napfsu makan
ini disebabkan PCOser ada kegagalan hormon yang mengawal napsu makan ni. SOO..kita cepat lapar..lepas makan pun lapar..dan lapar..craving manjanggg..yes its me!
tapi bukan lah alasan kita nak menten gemuk kan..dan sampai bila nak PCOS ni menghantui kita
dan sebab tu lah ai..sedaya upaya fighting dengan nafsu sendiri..
dulu penah upload..saje upload lagi...untuk kuatkan semangat sendiri..
sometime ai dah pegang nasi..dah masuk dalam pinggan..then termenung...kalau ini lah usaha untuk mendapat zuriat dgn suami tercinta takkan saya tak boleh sacrifice..
tak makan nasik je pun.tak makan roti, mee je pun..tak minum air manis je pun..
bukan tak boleh makan and minum langsung.. =')

kebaikan teh hijau
selalu bancuh 1 liter..
letak dalam peti sejuk..minum mcm air kosong..
semoga metabolisma makin meningkat cepat sikit kecik badan ni...stress sbb lately selalu gagal mengawal nafsu..huhu
bila teringat desperedo nak baby...insap kejap..tp mkn tetap jgk..haha
semalam masak..pagi grill salmon,tgahari sup daging kambing..honestly semua tu masuk tong sampah, salmon bg kucing (curlass kau kucing mkn salmon..haha.dr membazir buang gitu je kan)...seriously loya..tak boleh telan..nape tah...
last2 makan telur and biskut..malam husband bawak mkn tomyam
latest..berat masih statik: 75.5kg..*sigh*

avocado's job is similar with Femara??

yes!
its is wonderful source of Omega 3 fatty acid and Alpha linelenic acid (ALA) too!

TELUR
arini tak citer pasal telur ai..hehe..tak tvs lg..so kite citer kebaikan makan telur hayam
soft boiled egg..adalah one of my frequent breakfast menu..
percaya atau tak..kalau breakfast 2 biji telur ni boleh rasa kenyang sampai petang..
seriously..takat pukul 2 tak lunch masih ok..ce try..
kadang risau jgk mkn telur hari2..kolestrol!..husband pun risau tengok wife mkn telur almost everyday
so..try alihkan kan ayam panggang ke..ikan bakar ke.sup.jus avacado ..yg selain telur
then semalam ai jumpe ni
haaa..takat 1-2 biji telur daily is ok..and good for health too!
and this

see..thats memang terbukti boleh kenyang lamee! and boleh jimat 330kcal!..ohmai
jom makan telur instead of nasi lomak roti canai etc..
so after this boleh makan telur dengan tenang..takyah takut2 lagi ok ;)

siang tadi clear..malam...taraaaa...

Alhamdulillah..dari cycle 3 bulan sekali..now dah jadi 50days+..low carb/no sugar diet is working on me..Alhamdulillah..makin semangat nak diet...and maybe jgk sebab supplement :habatussauda|pure honey|fish oil|epo|vit c|physilium husk|apple cider (ai tak amik semua ni at one time)..
ape2pun izin Allah jgk =)
but..
td timbang naik 2kg!!..ohmaiiii..tp kevin zahri kate normal bile period berat naik due to water retention(sedap kan ati..hehe)
sebetulnya ai gagal mgawal napsu sikit 3-4 hari sebelum period ni..cravingggg je
this cycle im decided to on clomid again and jumpe gynae!
please try again this cycle..wish me luck!

ketagih hcg test
honestly ntah berapa banyak hcg test dah ai kencingkan test
sebab period mmg tak boleh jangka..kalau rasa tak sedap badan ke..pening2 lalat
laju je amik pregnancy test..haha..kadang sebulan sampai 2-3 kali..konon2 positive thinking sgt la..
sekali test -ve..hurmm..maybe baru lagi kot..tak leh detect lagi..selang seminggu test lagi..
sampai buat test dah xde perasaan (tipu..kdg2 nangesss).."ouhh..ok satu line je"..
cume dlm hati lara sikit lah..hehe
kadang2 penat sgt dgn perasaan "i think i was pregnant"..seriously..huhu
kdg2 buat ai tak tenang selagi tak buat test..walaupun 5 hari lepas baru je buat ='(
opk test ada jugak beli..tp opk malas pulak nak test hari2..hehe
ada lagi13 opk test...malasnyee nak test..sbb aritu test dabel line...wahh ..laju la ajak asben baby dance..kihkih
huuuurmm...tp sampai skrg..piyed tak dtg lagi..hcg -ve *sigh
teros rasa malas nak guna opk.. ;)
tapi masa 1st time jumpe opk double line...happy sgttt...macam opk tu adalah hcg test..haha
semalam ada brown spotting..ingatkan nak piyed..selalu mcm tu brown spotting dulu
tp sampai pagi non hado...alahaii
........
pcos and physilium husk
sejak buat low carb diet..tak tahu lah kenapa even mkn a lot of veges still ada masalah constipation
sampai la dah nak terjadi Hemorrhoids..siksa oi..hehe
so i amik physilium husk..fuhh..lancar..;)
okeh..selain membantu constipation/hemorrhoids ni..physilium husk bagus untuk pcos jgk
nilah rupa die sebelum mengembang
i beli kat tesco 300gram rm29.90
sebab:
1. absorb toxin ( minum physilium husk ni kena laju2 tau..kalau tak die mengembang mcm hape..geli nak telan nanti)
2. slowdown penyerapan glucose dalam darah!..yeayy..
3. reduce absorbtion of cholesterol!
4. since physilium husk ni adalah soluble fibre..dia membantu lower the testosterone hormon
actually tak semestinya physilium husk ape2 yg soluble fibre adalah bagus untuk pcos.

pcos dan low carb diet
hurm..since pcos ni berkait rapat dengan insulince resistance
im decided buat low carb diet @atkins diet..tapi lebih baik i ngaku sbagai low carb shj..
hehe..sebab..i tak lah strict sgt ikut atkins..takat sos cili..biskut sekeping i bedal je..kadang tungok husband mkn mihun..curik sesuap..sesuap je tak lebih..;) tp menten dengan green tea kosong/plain water shj sehari2
ini penguat semangat..untuk berdiet..yg kadang..berlawan dgn napsu..
sebulan dua diet then "alaaa..tak pregnant pon"..haha..then pg carik nasik mkn byk2 "diet pun tak dapat baby"
padahal kumpul lemak bertahun tahun.. *sigh
kejayaan mereka..ohh indahnyee..hope turn saya soon
nak tak nak..dah ada pcos..wajib jaga makan dokter kata...*WAJIB* bermusuh dgn karbohidrat/gula..apepun rezki dari Allah

1. oktober 2012. selamat dinikahkan.
2.ogos 2013. went to Klinik Pakar Wanita Suria Alam Damai.
~prescribed with Norculat since period ting tong.
~bloodtest:hormon normal. everything seems balanced
~Tvs: seperti yg dijangka. Im PCOSer. ada sebijik je telur 9mm. sebijik jeeeee?..
~on Noculat:cd1 27/8 dgn bantuan Norculat
~on Clomid 150mg
~Tvs on cd12: menten 9mm je and sebijik je.fine
~Tvs on cd24: menten jek 9mm and sebijik je
~Tvs cd30 9mm jugak
3. september 2013
~officially failed with that clomid. takde respon langsung.*sigh
~doc suggest untuk try 2nd cycle with norculat and clomid. to be honest im give up with just 1 cycle of treatment..heh.!
4.oktober 2013
~tak makan norculat and clomid sampai skrg.
~on EPO
5. November 2013
~'mengkaji' apakah PCOS.http://hamidarshat6.blogspot.com/2011/04/pcos-sukar-dirawat.html?m=0.and find that i need do something with my weight 160cm 86kg..pfttt.
~start dieting. low carb diet and no sugar.workout too..at the end of November im lost about 10kg!
~and.....cd1 naturally on 25/11-6/12..lame kan..dalam 2 weeks..firstime flow banyak mcm tu
